Location: Los Gatos, CA
Schedule:
Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm + As needed throughout the week
Job Responsibilities:
* Must have Mac, and iPhone troubleshooting knowledge. Candidates will provide Face-to-Face support and “Tier 1” support, triage, etc. and escalate as necessary. Working with end users to solve IT problems.
* Must know how to wipe MAC books.
* End-user hardware and software troubleshooting
* Okta Verify, Duo, VPN troubleshooting
* Apple OS X, Windows OS, Chrome OS (Chromebooks), iOS, Android
* Zoom, Google Suite, Google Meet, Google Slides, Keynote, Jamf
* Monitor and accessory deployment/collection
* Imaging/Provisioning Laptops/Workstations.
* Onboarding and Offboarding employees
* Laptop & mobile device deployments
* Upgrading broken devices or any damaged devices
* Workstation Sweeps - Resetting monitors on a weekly basis
* Ensure workstation monitors are functioning along with peripherals
* Maintain Storage room assets and counts
* Interfacing with users to troubleshoot software issues
* Printer management and preventative maintenance
Qualifications / Experience :
* Experience working at Genius Bar or similar perffered.
* Inventory Systems
* Ticketing Systems
* *Must have xhqgsiq MacOS experience in a professional environment*
* *Ticketing system experience is a must (Ex. Salesforce, Zendesk, Service Now, etc)*
Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
