About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced *Flat Rate Automotive Technician* to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately diagnose and repair automotive issues, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, A/C, etc.
* Perform routine vehicle maintenance and comprehensive multi-point inspections.
* Clearly document all work performed and recommended services.
* Adhere to manufacturer and dealership safety and quality standards.
* Continuously learn and utilize new technical information and techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

* *Minimum 3+ years of experience* as a Flat Rate Automotive Technician.
* Possession of a valid state inspection license .
* Own a complete set of professional automotive tools.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under a flat rate compensation structure.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
