Pay is Salary plus regular bonuses based on Sales

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Two (2) years administrative, secretarial or clerical experience
  • Have a WA Real Estate Broker License, or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook)
  • Regular and on-time attendance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Internet literate
  • Ability to learn processes and procedures quickly
  • Capable of working in a fluid environment with a can-do attitude

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Complete and stay on top of all tasks delegated by your supervisor
  • Responsible for title management, as necessary
  • Responsible for project tracking and communicating status
  • Create and manage MLS database for home sales
  • Manage permit process and procedures
  • Manage order placement
  • Assist with sales and customer service for CHS
  • Involved in project management
  • Communicate regularly with clients, agents, contractors, and colleagues related to existing and potential projects, travel may be necessary.
  • Maintain website by keeping information current
  • Complete any clerical duties assigned
  • Assist CHS Operations Manager, as necessary

Education and/or Experience

A high school diploma; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

WA Real Estate Broker License
