We are calling for the following roles:   Festival of the Lion King: Simba Male, youthful African Prince destined to become King.

Vocal Type: Pop Tenor   Scar Male, African evil uncle to Simba.

Menacing presence.  Vocal Type: Baritone   Nala Female, beautiful African Princess.

Vocal Type: Pop Soprano   Storyteller Female, African host who tells the story of The Lion King.  Vocal Type: Soulful Pop Alto   Mickey & the Wondrous Book:   Tiana Height: 5'4-5'8 Performer traits: Expressive face and acting abilities with Principal qualities Strong mover with good upper body and arm presence Vocal range: G (below middle C) to E (10th above middle C)   Merida Height: 5'4 -5'8 Performer traits: Strong dynamic and expressive presence with Principal qualities Mover with strong upper body/arm presence Vocal range: A (below middle C) to C# (octave above middle C).

North Hollywood, CA 91601) Please be prepared to stay until 5:30pm if asked to return for a same-day callback Preparation:  Prepare 2 contrasting 16-bar vocal selections of your choice with sheet music accompaniment.

Select songs that compliment your range and vocal abilities and with which you have a connection.

This can include non-Disney music as well.

Please bring 2 copies of your recent photo and resume / CV to the audition.

Called-back candidates may learn show-specific vocal material(s).

For reference, you may search for guest recordings of the shows on social media.

Called-back candidates may learn a movement combination.    Points to note: Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age and are willing to relocate to Hong Kong for the duration of the contract.

  Successful candidates must have a valid passport .

The validity should last for at least 6 months from the contract start.

  6-month contracts will be offered, starting from Mar / Apr 2026 .    There will be an opportunity to re-audition for contract renewal.
