Responsibilities

  1. Partner with the regional leadership team to understand business goals and strategies, and translate them into actionable HR plans and initiatives.

  2. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the Indonesia region, working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, source candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.

  3. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by providing employees with access to relevant learning resources and encouraging participation in internal and external training opportunities.

  4. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Foster an open and transparent communication environment to promote positive employee relations.

  5. Stay updated on Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and employment policies to ensure the company's HR practices are in compliance at all times.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 years in a HRBP role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.

  3. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and local labor laws in Indonesia.

  4. Ability to understand business operations and strategies, and translate them into HR initiatives that drive business performance.

  5. Excellent communication skills in English / Chinese/ Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, as well as with external partners.

  6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing business environment. Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required for business needs.

Pay: $78, $94,877.17 per year
