Duties

* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance HVAC system efficiency, reliability, and safety across all facilities.
* Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians and operational staff to achieve optimal performance and professional growth.
* Oversee project management activities related to HVAC system upgrades, installations, and maintenance schedules.
* Manage profit & loss responsibilities by controlling budgets, reducing costs, and maximizing operational profitability.
* Drive business development initiatives by identifying new service opportunities and expanding client relationships.
* Continuously evaluate processes for improvement opportunities; streamline workflows to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines through rigorous training and audits.
* Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals for new projects or service contracts that align with company goals.
