Hourly Rate based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Overall Duties Include:

• Finish Carpentry
• Staining & finishing
• Light electrical
• Light plumbing
• Laminate and LVP flooring installation.
• Drywall repairs
• Painting
• Acoustic ceilings
• Hardware installation
• Insulation installation
• Complete punch list items such as, but not limited to: clean up, carpentry, minor repairs, etc.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience with the skills listed above
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Key Skills
• Highly Organized
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• High level Communicator
• High aptitude in Microsoft office
• Professional Dress and Appearance

Hours:

• Available to work full time Monday through Friday with a standard start time of 7-8am until 5pm with the occasional evening/weekend.
