We're actively seeking anInpatient Pharmacy Supervisorfor aDay Shiftpositionwithin a hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

The Inpatient Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of both sterile and non-sterile drug distribution systems. This role focuses on integrating pharmacy services to improve departmental efficiency and optimize medication delivery across inpatient operations.

• Ensure efficient operations of sterile and non-sterile product drug distribution

• Enhance integration of pharmacy services to improve departmental efficiency

• Optimize the inpatient drug delivery system

• Coordinate workflows between unit-based pharmacists and central/satellite pharmacy operations

• Directly supervise central and satellite pharmacy staff

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and personnel

• Develop and maintain a budget-neutral technician schedule

• Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Required

• Masters Degree in Pharmacy Preferred

• 3 years of recent experience in an institutional (hospital) setting Required

• Supervisory xhqgsiq or leadership experience Preferred

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Required
