Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Unlimited Earning Potential )

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and maintain a client base by networking, prospecting, and getting involved in the local community.

• Inform and advise clients on a full suite of insurance products, including auto, home, life, business, and specialty policies.

• Assess client needs to deliver uniquely tailored insurance solutions.

• Develop strong client relationships through consistent communication and routine policy reviews.

• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

• Remain knowledgeable about market trends and new products from Farmers Insurance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve goals

• Strong self-initiative and the ability to manage your time effectively

• Experience in sales or customer service is helpful, but not required

• Desire and commitment to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)

• Bilingual abilities are welcomed but not essential
