*The Role:*
You will be the first tech under our new Division Lead (starting soon). This is a residential service role where you'll run calls independently from day one, helping establish the operating rhythm of a brand-new team.

*The Pay Package*

· *Base Hourly:* $30.00 - $36.00 per hour for an experienced journeyman.

· *Apprentice Rate:* $24–$28/hr for apprentices (must be capable of running calls solo).

*Must-Have Qualifications*

· *Experience:* Journeyman-level residential HVAC tech. Must be capable of running calls solo from day one.

· *Mentorship:* Cannot need heavy mentoring. The Division Lead won't have bandwidth to hold your hand while also building the operation.

· *Location:* Must live near Columbia, MO.

· *Tech Comfort:* Comfortable with iPads and adopting new systems
