A fast-growing law firm located in Brooklyn, New York is seeking a full-time associate attorney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding legal team.

Responsibilities

Work across multiple areas of law, with a primary focus on:

  • Real estate transactions and disputes
  • Commercial matters, including contract drafting and negotiations
  • Commercial litigation, including motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing
  • 1+ years of experience/willing to train the right applicant
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A strong interest in real estate and commercial law is a plus.
