Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in an elementary school setting, serving grades K-5. The position is contract-based and located in Springfield, OR. There are multiple openings across K-12 grade levels, including potential Extended School Year (ESY) assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students K-5.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language delays or disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student services and progress reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification.
  • Experience working with elementary school-aged children, preferably K-5.
  • Ability to assess and treat a variety of speech and language disorders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within an educational setting.
  • Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based therapy approaches.
