We are looking for a dynamic Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. You should possess a deep passion for outstanding food, a sharp eye for detail, and the financial acumen to manage labor, COGS, and overall kitchen profitability.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day kitchen operations.
* Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire our kitchen team to maintain standards under pressure.
* Financial Stewardship: Take ownership of food costs, labor budgets, and inventory management to ensure a profitable and efficient kitchen.
* Banquets & Events: Coordinate with the events team to execute flawless catering for weddings, corporate retreats, and local gatherings.
* Quality & Consistency: Maintain strict adherence to recipes, presentation guidelines, and sanitation protocols.
*What We're Looking For:*
* Experience: 3+ years of kitchen management
* Mindset: A "lead-by-example" mentor who isn't afraid to jump on the line when needed but stays focused on the bigger picture.
* Skillset: Proficiency in menu costing, scheduling appropriately for business levels while maintaining labor costs, and maintaining food cost.
