Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and schedule project work tasks for multiple projectsMonitor and oversee project budgetsEstablish project team(s)Administer and oversee survey manpower and activitiesCommunicate and build client relationships

Qualifications



Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience as a Land SurveyorLicense in New York is required; New Jersey license is preferredProficient in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GISSuperior communication skillsAbility to examine and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawingsAbility to examine boundary evidence survey resolutionsConstruction Layout computations and calculations We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.
