Our local Allstate Agency is seeking a high-energy, motivated, and results-driven individual to join our winning sales team. If you have experience in property and casualty insurance sales and are looking to grow your career, this role is for you.

What You Will Do
Contact prospects and current policyholders to schedule appointments and build relationships
Present and sell property and casualty insurance solutions that meet customer needs
Meet and exceed individual production goals
Participate in local marketing events to generate new business opportunities
Maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects

What Were Looking For
Active Property & Casualty license required
Proven experience in insurance sales
Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to influence, problem-solve, and overcome objections
Trustworthy, dependable, and ethical
Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple client relationships
