As a Day Shift LPN, you’ll build meaningful relationships, provide hands-on care, and play a vital role in supporting resident recovery and comfort — all while enjoying a consistent daytime schedule.

🩺 What You’ll Do:

  1. Monitor vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, and other clinical indicators
  2. Perform basic patient care tasks (bandaging, catheter care, etc.)
  3. Observe residents for changes in condition, mood, or behavior and report concerns appropriately
  4. Administer medications and immunizations as prescribed
  5. Prepare residents for treatments and explain physician-ordered procedures
  6. Support and mentor CNAs/NA’s to ensure optimal resident care
  7. Document care accurately in the electronic medical record system

🧾 Qualifications:

  1. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
  2. Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing
  3. Basic nursing competency skills
  4. Experience with electronic medical records preferred
  5. Meets all Federal and State licensure requirements
