Construction Litigation Associate

Legal Search solutions is looking for a Construction Litigation Associate for a reputable boutique client in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will have 3‑5 years of complex commercial litigation experience with experience in construction litigation. The firm combines big law capabilities with boutique level service.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and analyze construction agreements.
  • Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients.
  • Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, lien, and surety law preferred.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • 3 years of commercial litigation with experience in construction litigation required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
