*What You’ll Do:*
* Manage a full litigation docket from filing to trial, including depositions, mediations, and expert selection.
* Draft motions, attend hearings, and execute legal strategies with precision.
* Lead and collaborate with your assigned paralegal to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
* Receive hands-on mentorship from senior trial counsel and access cutting-edge litigation training.
* Communicate clearly with clients and opposing counsel throughout the case lifecycle.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* 5+ years of experience as a plaintiff-side litigation attorney in personal injury law.
* Comfortable working with and deposing expert witnesses.
* Strong command of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
* Experience in motor vehicle accident and/or premises liability cases.
* Organized, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of your caseload.
* A passion for continuous learning and refining litigation strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
