Special Considerations: Temporary privileges are available. ACLS, BLS, and PALS required. If outside of Wisconsin, must commit to at least 1 week at a time or more. If in state (Wisconsin), facility will accept at least 1-2 days given availability.

Job Summary

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Locum CRNA to join a collaborative anesthesia care team in Wisconsin. This 1099 locum opportunity offers flexibility in scheduling, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment. Providers will work Monday through Friday on 8- or 10-hour shifts, with optional weekend call for those interested in additional coverage.

The ideal candidate is a skilled and adaptable CRNA proficient in Orthopedic, Head/Spine, OB, and Pediatric cases, and comfortable working under a medical direction model using EPIC EMR. Candidates must hold active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Temporary privileges are available to expedite the onboarding process.

Providers located within Wisconsin may offer 1–2 days per week based on availability, while those traveling from out of state must commit to at least one week or more per assignment.

Qualifications

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)

● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Wisconsin

● Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in pediatrics, orthopedics, head/spine, and OB.

● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team

● BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable
