  • Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm shifts
  • 130 patient panel co-managed with medical director
  • Geriatric facility setting
  • Interdisciplinary team support including therapy and nursing
  • Four years nurse practitioner experience preferred
  • Two years geriatric facility experience preferred
  • We provide complimentary housing and travel
  • We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice

From $70.00 to $90.00 Hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
