Long-Term Locum CRNA Needed in South-Central Montana

• Location: South-Central Montana
• Duration: 3 or 6 month contracts available with option to extend, ongoing through 2025
• Shifts: 10 Hour Day Shifts – Weekdays
• Case Types: Variety – Ortho, Head Spine, Pediatric, Neuro, Regional, some OB, some Trauma

Job Summary: This is a long-term Locum CRNA role in South-Central Montana. Enjoy the steady routine of day shift on the weekdays with a guaranteed 40 hours and have the weekends to explore all Montana has to offer: hiking, outdoorsy living, horseback riding, and some of the best hunting and fishing America has to offer. This "permanent" 1099 position includes holidays OFF: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Montana (currently, or willing to obtain).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in Pediatric, Complete Ortho, Regional Blocks, Epidurals, and Neuro cases.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Orientation on Day 1, Shadow on Day 2.
• Flexible schedule with locum contract options.
• Travel expenses paid (Flights & Vehicle Rental).
