Description:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Manager of Data Integrity is responsible for maintaining the database and other data collection processing aspects of the department. With limited supervision from the Director of Operations, the manager is responsible for all aspects of database management and analytics, including constituent records, gifts administration, information systems, custom queries and custom reports. Oversees overall management of the fundraising data system, design and configuration of system, coding, data retrieval, revenue reports, system security and application training for Foundation staff using Raiser‘s Edge. Supports all philanthropy and fundraising services within the Foundation. Implements best practices and new technologies.Ability to act with sensitivity and discretion while working with highly confidential information.Regularly exercises judgment, discretion and independent decision-making skills.
Estimated salary range for this position is $83,400.24 - $108,420.31 / year depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:
Responsible for maintaining the data integrity and hygiene of the Foundation‘s CRM (Raiser‘s Edge) through data updates, imports and direct record management.
Minimum five (5) years relevant experience with Raiser‘s Edge, Raiser‘s Edge NXT or similar CRM, including queries, exports, record management, data entry, online express and importing.
Knowledge of Omatic, PaperSave and SQL preferred.
Must have direct management experience with leading teams in a fundraising organization, proven track record in leading change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
Process minded with excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.

Ability to manage heavy workload with high degree of accuracy in a fast paced environment.
