This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication, a strong background in floor layout planning, and familiarity with capital expenditures.You’ll work cross-functionally to improve production flow, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement efforts across fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes.Requirements:â 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.â Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).â Proven experience in metal fabrication processes.â Strong skills in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.â Experience in planning and managing capital expenditures.â Strong communication and project management skills.â Detail-oriented, team player, and proactive problem-solver.Pay & Benefits:â From $80,000/year, based on experience â Full benefits packageâ Monday–Friday, day shift, 11:00 am dismissal on Fridays
