** This position is based in Austin and is a M-F in-office position. Will provide relocation within Texas **

$80,000 + bonus

• Design and launch dynamic Social Media campaigns at a company and in our local markets.
• Become the expert on our CRM tool and coach Loan Officers to implement CRM campaigns.
• Create flyers and educational seminars using graphic design and video editing skills that our Loan Officers can use.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including ROI and key performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

• 5+ years of Social Media Marketing experience with advanced expertise with how to design, launch, and optimize campaigns through analytics
• 3+ years with graphic and video editing design experience. Ability to create flyers and edit videos
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• US work authorization
