We‘re hiring a hands-on Material Handler Lead to keep materials moving, support the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What You‘ll Do: Lead daily material handling activities and support production needs Coordinate team workflow to ensure on-time movement of materials Troubleshoot material flow/process issues Train and support team members; help drive performance Assist with hiring, coaching, and employee development Identify and implement process improvements Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and organization What We‘re Looking For: 3+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role (material handling/manufacturing) Strong mechanical/technical aptitude Forklift/material handling experience Team-oriented with solid communication skills Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment Experience with Microsoft Office (Oracle is a plus) Willing to work overtime/weekends as needed Able to lift up to 40 lbs Why Join: Key leadership role on the floor Opportunity to improve processes and make an impact Stable manufacturing environment
