This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to step into a Medical Director position, blending clinical excellence with meaningful leadership. You’ll be supported by a highly engaged ownership team who are present, approachable, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and success of their staff. The facilities are second to none, featuring a 1.5T MRI, 64-slice CT, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, minimally invasive surgical suites, and dedicated oncology and ultrasound rooms. Each doctor is supported by dedicated technicians and assistants, ensuring you can focus on delivering high-quality medicine while also leading and mentoring your team effectively. With flexibility in how you structure your time between clinical and leadership responsibilities, this role offers both autonomy and impact.

About you: DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Florida Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, ideally with leadership exposure Passionate about mentorship, team development, and clinical excellence Collaborative communicator who thrives in a team-driven environment
