What You’ll Be Doing (Field-Based Diesel Repair)

As a *Mobile Diesel Technician*, you’ll perform on-site diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks.

Primary responsibilities:

* Perform DOT Inspections and Preventative Maintenance (PMs)
* Diagnose and repair diesel engines (gas & diesel)
* Electrical systems & engine electronics
* Brake systems & air brakes
* Cooling systems
* Starters & alternators
* Steering & suspension
* Transmissions (manual & automatic)
* Clutches & differentials
* Hydraulic and mechanical systems
* Complete accurate DOT paperwork and digital repair documentation
* Manage your own parts inventory on your company-issued service truck
* Work independently and manage your daily route

You’ll have the support of a Lead Tech when needed — but this is a high-autonomy role.

What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years experience as a Diesel Technician / Diesel Mechanic
* Experience with medium- and heavy-duty trucks
* Strong diagnostic skills (electrical & engine diagnostics preferred)
* Valid Driver’s License
* DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain within 72 hours)
* Your own basic hand tools
* Must be 21+ years old
* Ability to work independently in a mobile/field environment
