We're now expanding our asbestos services across the U.S. and are seeking a highly experienced National Asbestos Manager to lead the charge.

Position Overview

The National Asbestos Manager will oversee and grow asbestos operations nationwide. This role involves licensing and compliance, managing regional teams, supporting sales and operations, and ensuring all asbestos-related services meet federal and state regulations. You'll play a vital role in building out our asbestos division as a scalable, best-in-class service line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage asbestos abatement services across all current and future markets
  • Obtain and maintain company and supervisor licenses in multiple states
  • Oversee project compliance with federal and state asbestos regulations
  • Support local teams with training, project oversight, and best practices
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to grow asbestos-related revenue
  • Help vet and onboard subcontractors in non-licensed states
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with all regulatory changes and industry trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation
  • Strong knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations
  • Experience managing field teams and multi-state operations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding company

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
