A well-established private nephrology practice in Virginia (Washington, DC metro area) is seeking a qualified Nephrologist to join the team due to a physician's relocation. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base with a respected practice known for high-quality care.


Position Highlights:

  • Setting: Mix of clinic and hospital rounding
  • Up to 14 clinic patients/day
  • Call: 1:4 weekdays and 1:5 weekend
  • Year 1 Guarantee: Up to $260,000 (Based on Experience)
  • Earning Potential: $350,000+
  • Partnership Compensation Model after year one
  • PTO: 4 weeks
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, with employer-retirement match
