Silica Services LLC is Hiring a Maintenance Manager Maintenance Manager Compensation & Benefits:
  • Earnings: $85,000-$95,000 per year, based on experience

Maintenance Manager Position Overview:
  • Lead maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable plant and equipment performance through preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance while managing a skilled technician team.
Maintenance Manager Requirements
  • 5 years in industrial maintenance
  • 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
