Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support and clinical guidance within a fast-paced care setting
• Participate in leadership and clinical management responsibilities
• Support patient care activities from the office as part of a collaborative team
• Travel occasionally to additional locations as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and staff
• Maintain strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New York State
• Acute pediatric experience preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and support clinical operations
