*Responsibilities:*

* Represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency
* Evaluate potential new client case facts
* Comply with legal process and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment
* Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor finalization of settlement disbursement
* Perform management/leadership functions

*Qualification:*

* Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness
* Previous plaintiff personal injury experience (preferred, not required)
* Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting
* Exceptional written and verbal communication/negotiation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
