City Fitness is looking for a highly motivated fitness enthusiast with the ability to sell and a passion for health and wellness!


This role is a location specific position, responsible for the financial growth and production of the Personal Training Department. The position works closely with the PT Manager and Coaches to meet the departments sales and training goals. In addition to PT sales and lead generation, this position is responsible for ensuring the maximum effectiveness of selling by instituting ongoing training and development to PT coaches.

Requirements:
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification
  • High School, GED, or Equivalency
  • Prior experience with sales and selling
  • Prior experience coaching and developing staff
  • Active CPR certification- Preferred


Competencies

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification

Supervisory Responsibility

The position provides direct support to the Department Manager and assist with the daily responsibilities as they relate to the sales performance of department. xhqgsiq Although the Coordinator does not have any direct reports, this individual is responsible for providing ongoing training & development to coaches, maintaining company standards and completing other managerial tasks in the absence of the Manager.



Salary

Salary + Incentive Pay $50,000 - $90,000 annually
