Nextaff is hiring a Physical Therapist for a busy outpatient practice in the Lakewood Ranch / Bradenton area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering strong pay, immediate benefits, and a clear path to a permanent role with an excellent benefits package.

What You'll Get

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and diagnose patient movement and mobility issues
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on recovery expectations
  • Help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life

What You'll Need

  • Active Florida Physical Therapist License
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Experience with EMR/EHR preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
