They are currently looking for a Preconstruction Manager to provide preconstruction services across multiple concurrent multi-family projects valued between $50-200M.


In this role, you will work closely with the VP and the existing team across the typical precon functions from estimating and buyouts through value engineering and project cost control.


Whilst existing holistic preconstruction experience is preferred, they are also open to a project management professional with estimating experience who is looking to transition to the office/a preconstruction role. xhqgsiq Either way, the role will require between around 5-15 years' experience, and a technical (engineering or architecture degree)
