*What You’ll Do*

As a Production Assembler, you’ll help build high-quality heating elements by:

* Assembling and manufacturing silicone rubber, polyester, and ceramic heaters
* Rotating through tasks such as winding elements, soldering, trimming, capping, and finishing
* Using tools and machines like sanders, spot welders, soldering irons, ovens, and more
* Following work instructions and quality standards to ensure accuracy
* Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
* Supporting team goals by keeping production moving efficiently

*What We’re Looking For*

* Ability to follow written instructions and designs
* Good reading, math, and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Comfortable using hand tools and machines
* Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

*Physical Requirements*

* Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work
* Ability to lift up to 5 lbs regularly (chest height)
* May require standing or sitting for long periods depending on the job assignment
