Now Hiring: Production Manager – Tomah, WI

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead our production team and drive operational excellence at our Tomah facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  Oversee the full production process to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate workforce scheduling and resource allocation to meet daily production targets

  
  


• 
  

  Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to foster a high-performance culture

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor workplace safety and implement improvements as needed

  Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High School Diploma or equivalent required

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience in production or operations management

  A degree in a related field (e.g., Business Management, Industrial Engineering) is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
