Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

I am looking to fill a KEY role with an excellent company.  This is a very good client with more than fifty years of proven success, and they continue to grow.  They have a state-of-the-art facility that’s air conditioned, and they offer great benefits.  It is an automated plant with a high-volume production environment.  This role would make you the most senior leader/supervisor/manager of the department on 3rd shift.  We are looking for a proven leader/supervisor with the leadership and personality to motivate and gain the respect of their 30+ person team!  Since we already have a great team in place, we need a leader who can take things to the next level.
