Project Executive

The Project Executive Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion

Leads and coordinates project teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. Establishes and maintains client relationships, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. Manages project budgets, schedules, and resources. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Provides strategic guidance and leadership to drive project success

Roles and Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the Project Management staff to ensure that all projects are completed with quality, within established timelines, and in a cost-effective manner.
• Communicate and interact effectively with the Project Team, subcontractors, project owners, end users, architects, and engineers.
• Lead and participate in the creation of accurate and realistic schedules and budgets for construction projects.
• Prepare precise cost breakdowns for invoicing to maintain adequate cash flow throughout the project duration.
• Develop proper subcontract and purchase order agreements with qualified subcontractors and vendors.
• Continuously monitor job progress and introduce methods to improve productivity and the effectiveness of the project team.
• Prepare and finalize change order proposals and claims, including compiling all necessary documentation.
• Review construction schedules and cost reports on a regular basis to ensure efficient resource use and timely project completion.
• Provide periodic updates to company officers and accountants regarding construction costs and project status.
• Support the professional development and success of all project team members.
