Seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the development of a Hyperscale Data Center build in Haskell, TX. This individual will be responsible for leading business units alongside profit and loss accountability, while ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

This role will lead developments within the Data Center Project, overseeing construction teams, Assistant Project Managers & Engineers and driving the strategic success of projects through full completion. Responsibilities include building strong partnerships and collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale Data Center construction projects
• Ensure safe work practices, quality standards, and strong financial performance
• Drive client development and long-term business growth
• Mentor, develop, and lead project teams
• Oversee contracts, estimating, risk management, and project delivery
• Supervise large teams through full strategic execution to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Engineering/Management (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction with a proven track record of success
• 3+ years of experience in Data Center construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and estimating software
• PMP, OSHA 30, and state electrical license preferred
• Willingness to travel full-time as required
