Project Superintendent – Multifamily (Podium-Style)

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead the on-site construction of a podium-style multifamily project in the DFW market.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and schedules
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
  • Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and schedules
  • Enforce safety programs and company procedures
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and ownership team


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily projects
  • Strong experience with garden-style or wood-frame construction
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site logistics xhqgsiq
  • Knowledge of construction schedules, inspections, and safety compliance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
