Position Overview:
  • Oversee all railcar loading operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, optimizing loading efficiency, and maintaining accurate inventory tracking
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and rail companies to ensure timely and accurate shipments
  • Supervise daily rail load-out operations, including team members and equipment
Rail Load Out Manager Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in rail operations, warehouse, or industrial logistics
  • Leadership experience in a production or shipping environment
  • Strong understanding of rail loading systems, safety protocols, and scheduling
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent additional logistics training a plus
