- Oversee all railcar loading operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, optimizing loading efficiency, and maintaining accurate inventory tracking
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and rail companies to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Supervise daily rail load-out operations, including team members and equipment
- 3 years of experience in rail operations, warehouse, or industrial logistics
- Leadership experience in a production or shipping environment
- Strong understanding of rail loading systems, safety protocols, and scheduling
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent additional logistics training a plus
