What We Offer

• Competitive salary range from $55,000 to $75,000
• W-2 and 1099 employment options
• Up to 10% equity ownership of your branch
• Monthly profit sharing, paid out on the 25th of every month

Key Responsibilities

• Self‑perform labor‑intensive restoration services at residential homes on a 24‑hour basis
• Respond quickly to emergency calls and perform on‑site assessments of water, fire, and mold damage
• Manage a high volume of customer calls and projects simultaneously
• Provide clear and accurate scoping of services, testing, and job estimates
• Deliver exceptional service, maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication with clients throughout the restoration process
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
• Adhere to safety protocols, including PPE use and safe handling of hazardous materials

Qualifications

• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Physically capable of performing demanding demo/restoration tasks independently
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment with potential extended hours
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Previous experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
