Sales Associate - New Construction Real Estate
Denver, CO | In-Person | Full-Time
Who We Are
At redT Homes, we are the only real estate company in Denver offering a full suite of residential development services. At redT we are an architecture firm, development, brokerage, construction, and property management all under one roof.
The Opportunity
We are hiring one sales professional to own our inventory.
This is not a team role.
This is not a "learn the ropes" role.
This is a production role.
You will be the primary sales driver for 53 new construction homes in 2026.
We need someone who thrives in this environment.

If you want upside and ownership of your results — keep reading. Really shine and we have 150 more homes behind these 53 that are rented and will be sold as tenants vacate in future years and we presently have a significant number of homes under construction.
What This Role Actually Looks Like

* You are selling 90% of the time.
* You are following up.
* You are handling objections daily.
* You are closing in a challenging market.
* You are accountable for numbers.

You will not need to generate your own leads, the listing agreements are signed already!
You will not be buried in paperwork (we have a Transaction Coordinator).
You will be expected to convert.
This Role Is For You If:

* You consider yourself a closer.
* You thrive when the market tightens.
* You are self-driven and don't need to be micromanaged.
* You take ownership of results - good or bad.
* You want to control your income.
* You hustle. Evenings and weekends are part of the job.

Qualifications

* Colorado Real Estate License.
* New construction sales experience preferred
* Proven sales production history
* Strong CRM discipline
* Excellent objection-handling skills
* Must live within commuting distance of Denver Metro

Compensation

* $60,000 base salary + commissions - $150,000 - $250,000 expected earnings
* High-visibility role with growth opportunity

Compensation reflects performance. This is not a base-heavy role.
