  • Month-End Closing

o Maintain balance sheet schedules including
o Fixed asset
o Accruals
o Cash - Reconciliation
o Lease schedule
o Prepaid
o Notes receivables
o Accounts Payable
o Accounts Receivable
  • Treasury

o Bank Reconciliations (daily/monthly)
  • Operation

o Reconcile A/R
o 1st line of review for AP
  • Audit

o Prepare requested schedules

  • Tax

o Business Tax Renewals
o Prep and filing of Property Tax Statements
o Assist with Payroll taxes
  • Other

o Work Comp Audit Assistance to HR
o Ad hoc projects and reporting
