Richard Turlington Architects is seeking a *Senior Architect* with the experience and judgment to lead complex work through design, documentation, and construction.

*Role Responsibilities*

* Lead projects from early planning through construction administration
* Direct coordination with structural, MEP, civil, specialty, and vendor consultants
* Oversee development of highly resolved Revit-based drawing packages
* Guide internal staff through technical documentation, detailing, and quality control
* Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design work sessions
* Resolve complex technical, constructability, and field conditions with clarity
* Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, pay applications, and punch lists
* Maintain continuity of scope, schedule, and technical standards across phases
* Mentor emerging staff and reinforce strong studio standards

*Qualifications*

* Professional degree in Architecture
* *10+ years of architectural experience*
* Architectural licensure preferred
* Advanced proficiency in *Revit*
* Strong command of documentation standards, detailing, and building systems integration
* Proven experience leading projects through permitting and construction
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple active projects with discipline and precision
