*Automotive Mechanic Responsibilities:*

- Fix and repair vehicles right the first time in a timely manner.

- Perform vehicle inspections to inform the customer of needed repairs so they drive safe and reliable vehicles.

- Follow the workflow set by the Service Advisor.

- When repairs are completed include all the notes on the Repair Order and return it to the Service Advisor.

- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

- Ensure all shop equipment and tools are wiped down and put away after using them.

-Assist other technicians as needed.

-Continuously improve your skills and stay current with new automotive technology.

*Automotive Mechanic Requirements:*

*- Senior Master ASE TECHNICIAN*

- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

- Post-secondary automotive education and work experience is a plus.

- Understanding of car parts and systems.

- Capability to handle different tools and machinery.

- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; collaboratively lift/maneuver items weighing 100 pounds.

- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods without rest.

- Capacity to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching or crawling.

- Driver’s License & insurability.

- Good Attendance & punctuality.

- A lifelong learner who values continual education and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
