Responsibilities

  • Negotiates the best possible price for international commodities
  • Research and secure new supply sources; recommend awards based on review of RFPs
  • Manage new vendor account setup and maintain vendor relationships
  • Prepares reports for executive staff
  • Process purchase orders from customers
  • Prepare invoices and shipping documentation

Qualifications

  • 5 years purchasing experience
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Travel less than 20% – including international
