Senior Litigation Attorney

*What You’ll Do*

* Independently manage and drive a litigation caseload from start to finish.
* Take and defend depositions, argue motions, handle court appearances, and work with experts.
* Lead strategy discussions on hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
* Work closely with associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently.
* Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team—no competition or silos.

*What We’re Looking For*

* *4–8 years of experience as an attorney* (PI/litigation preferred but not required).
* Strong litigation instincts, judgment, and organization.
* Someone confident, strategic, and highly proactive.
* Trial exposure is a plus but not required—we’ll help you get there.
* Emotional intelligence and leadership skills; you’ll be mentoring junior attorneys.
